Mr. Al Marashi is based in the Firm’s Jeddah office, and his practice focuses on corporate, transactional, and intellectual property matters. He frequently works with the Ministry of Commerce and Investment (MOCI) to facilitate the registration of company licenses and business entities.

Mr. Al Marashi oversees operations at our Jeddah office and manages all litigation work in the region. He plays a key role in managing the legal affairs of our clients, ensuring efficient and effective representation.

A graduate of King AbdulAziz University, Mr. Al Marashi holds a Bachelor of Laws degree. Fluent in both Arabic and English, he leverages his bilingual proficiency to effectively communicate and navigate legal matters in diverse contexts, facilitating seamless collaboration with clients.
